Fish and Chip

Ingredients :

·         Fish fillet            

·         Bread crumb

·         Egg

·         Flour

·         Oil

·         Salt and pepper

·         French fries

·         Sauce : - mayonaise

                   - pickle (chapped)

                   - chapped boiled egg (white only)

                   - lemon juice

                   - chapped garlic

How to cook :

1.      clean the fish fillet

2.      dust some flour on the fish fillet, both side, the flour must be season with salt and pepper.

3.      Dip the fish fillet into the egg

4.      Then breaded the chicken with the bread crumb

5.      Deep fry the fish fillet until cooked

6.      Serve the chicken with sause.and French fries.
